- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★My good friend and I rendezvoused in SLC to visit Mesa Verde. We were delighted when with our gps, we located this lovely, secluded Mountain View campground just before dark. The owners are kind and extremely accommodating. Our check in was easy within their quaint store, then we were even given a tour. We showered and primped in a BR as clean and furnished like a home. We breakfasted in their very clean clubhouse kitchen, so saved ourselves the bother using our propane stove. We cleaned our mess and were easily on our way to tour the park each day. Simone is an accomplished musician with a sweet music studio on the premises. Good people, genuine. This campground will remain my “go to” place to stay.By jennifer furst, December 08, 2017
